Please read these terms carefully before purchasing
1)Transactions, Refunds, and Chargebacks
All purchases made on this website are final. Due to the nature of digital products and instant delivery, refunds are not offered, and chargebacks are not permitted.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated for any reason, we reserve the right to take immediate protective action, including but not limited to:
- Immediate license revocation
- Disabling the plugin on all servers using the revoked license
- Permanent suspension of access to our Discord community and any related communities where we have moderation authority
We also reserve the right to refuse future service to any customer involved in fraudulent activity or payment disputes.
2)Plugin Support Policy
Plugin purchases include basic support for installation and general troubleshooting related to the plugin itself.
To keep support fair and sustainable, the following are not included with basic support:
- Creating or customizing configurations on your behalf
- Connecting to, accessing, or administering your servers
- Setting up or troubleshooting third-party services (including MySQL/database installations, hosting panels, networks, or reverse proxies)
- Teaching basic hosting concepts, server commands, or general "how to run a server" guidance beyond what is required to use the plugin
Note: Most information needed to install and configure plugins is provided in each plugin's documentation, including the commented_config.json file. Additional help can often be found by searching online or browsing the resources and discussions in our Discord.
3)Documentation and Customer Responsibility
By purchasing and using our plugins, you acknowledge that you are responsible for ensuring:
- Your hosting environment supports required dependencies (e.g., ArkServerAPI / plugin support)
- You follow the provided documentation and configuration instructions
- Your server is properly maintained, secured, and backed up
Important: It is your responsibility to verify compatibility with your hosting provider before purchasing. We do not offer refunds for incompatible hosting services.
